Yeison’s (Jason) success in real estate can be credited to his seasoned knowledge of having flipped, bought and sold numerous personal and rental properties of his own before becoming a licensed agent. Within his first 14 months in the industry, he achieved the NVAR “top producer” status and attributes his success to creating a strong relationship between agent and client, making sure expectations are clear from the beginning, creating a winning marketing strategy and listening to the consumer’s needs.

Yeison not only comes to the industry with his personal knowledge of real estate, but he also comes with a business-minded profile as he has worked as a regional manager for a sales and training company in Dubai, and has worked for 14 years as a Senior Human Resources professional in the US.
