About me

Tony Zilleruelo was born and raised in Northern Virginia. After graduating high school, he moved to Houston, Texas to attend Industrial Welding Academy, where he graduated as a Certified Pipe Welder. In 2012, Tony founded (6G Welding Services LLC.), a welding company, that gave him the opportunity to work alongside many reputable Mechanical and General Contractors native to the D.M.V area, building state-of-the-art mechanical units for Hospitals, Commercial, and Industrial facilitates. His care for detail and precision quickly allowed him to build a regional reputation of high quality and efficiency.

In 2018, Tony decided to close his business in order to dedicate more time to his family.  That’s where McEnearney Commercial came into the picture. Thinking on his past professional and personal experiences, Tony realized that his biggest joys are working with people and helping others. During his career in the HVAC industry, he greatly enjoyed his work training and mentoring apprentices.

Tony’s technical skills and love for connecting with people make it an easy transition from service provider to consulting as a commercial realtor. His in-depth knowledge in skeletal infrastructures of buildings brings true value to his clients. About working with McEnearney Commercial — he says, “McEnearney’s values’ align with my personal values and my career growth. McEnearney cares about their people, they were more concerned with what I could do for their clients as opposed to what I could do for McEnearney.”

When Tony isn’t helping others, he spends his time with his wife Viviana and his four children. As a family, they enjoy grilling, visiting friends and family, playing soccer at least twice a week and going fishing. The Zilleruelo family also enjoys traveling, whether here locally just for a weekend or internationally throughout the year.
