Michael is the Managing Broker in the Old Town Alexandria Office. Recently, he was named the Director of MAI Institute overseeing the education that is offered by McEnearney to all of its agents. Michael feels his role as a Managing Broker is to support the agents in many aspects in the real estate business, and to ensure that the client's needs are paramount. He understands the importance of helping agents build their client base through evaluating and developing a sound business plan and by integrating a consistent marketing plan. He also coaches the agents in lead generation and strategic negotiation.
Michael is an Associate Broker in Virginia and DC. He is licensed in Virginia to teach the Principles of Real Estate course and is a certified Continuing Education Instructor; he is also a designated Certified Brian Buffini Mentor. Michael has earned an MBA from Marymount University in 1999. He graduated from Elon University in 1989 with a BA in Communications.
