An expert on pricing, Kathy views properties all the time as no two homes are alike. Photos can be deceiving, so she prides herself on taking the time to identify the properties that best suit the needs of her clients. Her knowledge and success in property listing gives her clients the edge, as Kathy develops a detailed strategy specific for each property.

A native Washingtonian, Kathy lives in Bethesda, in the same Parkwood neighborhood she grew up in, with her husband Dave and their son Matthew. Being married to a certified residential appraiser gives Kathy a broadened perspective. Kathy is a graduate of the University of Maryland, College Park. An avid sports fan, she cheers on the Washington Nationals, Washington Redskins and the Maryland Terrapins. A leader in her local community, Kathy works hard to give back and enjoys spending time with her family, especially her 92 year old father. In her own time Kathy loves the opportunity to cook in her kitchen and play a round of golf.
