Jane is…enthusiastic, energetic and professional…and just as importantly, available when you need her. Presentation and pricing, with an eye on the bottom line, as well as skillful negotiation are vital assets Jane brings to each client’s transaction.
There’s nothing more valuable than a first impression! In 2003, Jane’s 1917 Rosemont home was published in Bungalow Nation, a book featuring the most characteristic bungalows from five of America’s most plentiful neighborhoods, including Alexandria, VA. It is her ability to visualize a home’s full potential that allows Jane to expertly guide her sellers in the marketing of their homes.
Over thirty years of sales experience…Jane’s marketing and sales career took off in Denver, and catapulted her into the Cat & the Fiddle, a children’s store Jane owned and operated on Capitol Hill. The first Event Manager at the Watergate Hotel led Jane to become a consultant with Details, a boutique DC event company, and later to more than triple event sales as the Special Events Coordinator at the Torpedo Factory Art Center.
A resident of Alexandria since 1984, Jane now has a grown son and daughter. Along the way, she found time to be an active parent volunteer. When Jane is not in her garden, her energy is currently channeled into raising funds for an international non-profit working collaboratively with artists from Russia, as well as locally for the Scholarship Fund of Alexandria.
“My transition to real estate 13 years ago seems natural. I have been able to utilize my love of architecture and artistic talents as well as my marketing and sales background to create significant benefit for my clients.”
