Daniel Pierson first became interested in real estate while purchasing a condo in 1999. He enjoyed the entire process, from searching to negotiating to receiving the keys at settlement. Daniel is still energized by the process today. His desire to work hard and serve his clients effectively has paid off. He joined the Northern VA Association of Realtors Multi-Million Dollar Sales Club in only his second year. Now he works primarily off the referrals of past clients.
Daniels desire is to make each client feel like they are his only client. He does this through his ability to be truly available for calls and emails on a consistent basis. He also seeks to clearly communicate what is happening during every step of the buying or selling process, so clients are never left in the dark. This is especially important for first-time homebuyers.
Areas of Daniel's expertise include a) staging, which showcases a house in the best possible way; b) photography, which helps to attract and bring online buyers into the house; c) negotiating the contract, which means having a smart strategy and ultimately saves his clients the most money possible; and d) experience with distressed properties, such as foreclosures and short sales, which take extra time and require specialized knowledge.
A native of Kansas City, MO, Daniel received a degree in Violin Performance from Indiana University and a Master of Music degree from the University of Maryland in College Park. Daniel is still active as a performing violinist in the Washington D.C. area.
