Bradley has been involved with various types of real estate since 1973 – building dwellings, investing in property and selling property to others. His seasoned insight on property and land value, and honest, matter of fact approach that helps keeps his clients’ emotions in check have consistently led to win-win deals.
Bradley is much more than a realtor; he is an advisor and a teacher when it comes to identifying investment potential in the marketplace. He provides full representation of buyers and sellers, specializing in purchases, sales, leasing and investments in neighborhoods spanning the Blue Ridge Mountains to the Potomac River.
As committed to his industry as he is to his clients, Bradley holds several prestigious designations as an Accredited Buyers Representative, a Council of Residential Specialists Member, and Short Sale, Foreclosure and Bank Resource Specialist. He is also the only Realtors Land Institute member within McEnearney and Associates, which came from over 120 hours of additional study that enables him to show clients land and investment property with a unique perspective. Bradley offers expertise and guidance on timber value property to 1031 Real Estate Exchanges for tax purposes.
Also setting him apart is his completion of a large series of negotiation classes from the University of Houston Downtown-School of Business, and the Harvard Law Program on Negotiation that affords him a practical, systematic approach to handling real estate transactions.
This 25+-year Northern Virginia resident loves the flora and fauna of owning larger tracts of land, and the beauty of what he considers a naturalist’s Eden.
