If you want to know about the Washington Metropolitan area, ask someone who was raised here, who raised a family here, and who loves living here because it's home. That's me, Ann Worley. I grew up in North Arlington, married in Virginia and raised my family there. My children went to the same elementary and middle schools that I did. That's family tradition.
I am licensed in DC, Maryland and Virginia - all areas I've gotten to know as a mother, as a businesswoman, and, since 1987, as a real estate agent. From driving my kids to swim meets, to running a catering outfit, a floral business, and sight-seeing tours of Washington, I have first-hand knowledge of what the area has to offer.
When I don't have personal knowledge, I know who to ask. Living in the same community for over 50 years gives you an extended family, a large circle of friends, and contacts throughout the community. I pride myself on working to satisfy my clients through personal service, a thorough knowledge of each area and the market, and high professional standards. That's my real estate recipe for success.
Over the years I have been associated with several real estate firms. I have found McEnearney to be the best in agent support and, most importantly, support to my clients.
Throughout my career, I've gotten to know many of the real estate developers and most of the full time real estate professionals in the Washington Metropolitan area. Networking with other agents helps me identify the best available properties at the earliest time so that I can offer my clients excellent service.
I make sure your real estate transaction is a positive and satisfying experience - whether it's for a personal residence, investment property, a purchase, sale or lease. I've been fortunate to work with so many delightful clients, and we keep in touch long after the real estate transaction is complete. Because of that positive professional relationship, my clients tend to call me when they are ready for their next house or property.
These days, Washington's restaurant and cultural scene draws me into the city. I love the cosmopolitan atmosphere - and the shopping - in Chevy Chase and Bethesda, Maryland. I'm a golfer at Washington Golf & Country Club. I love entertaining folks with secrets from my cookbook, It's A Long Way to Guacamole: The Tex-Mex Cookbook.
When I visit my daughter's family in Georgetown to see my grandchildren and take them to the park, I go on foot. My walks take me from my home in Virginia, past the Iwo Jima Memorial, through Arlington National Cemetery, and across the Memorial Bridge.
As a real estate agent, I'm also on the go and I'm on hands on. What makes real estate fun for me is the whole process: meeting the people, making the right match, and getting the contract signed. I get it done with extensive knowledge, professionalism, and lots of enthusiasm.
