Anne Santarone, Realtor, VA & DC

Raised in Miami, Florida, Anne has lived in Northern Virginia for over 21 years. Anne’s first career as a Construction Project Manager taught her negotiating skills and construction methods and materials while working in commercial general contracting. She transitioned into a construction quality control consultant for Marriott’s Limited Service brands (Fairfield Inn, Spring Hill Suites, Residence Inns) working throughout the  Eastern United States.

Looking for a change of perspective, Anne began the change from Construction to Real Estate by initially working as Residential Real Estate Appraiser in the Metro DC Area.  In that time she became conversant with the communities and neighborhoods metro DC area. This led to an opportunity within the Mortgage Banking Industry as a Loan Officer where Anne acquired an expert knowledge of the complex nuances of today’s multiple loan scenarios. She also cemented relationships with excellent lenders and is able to help tailor the best loan to each of her clients’ circumstance.

Through her diverse professional background in construction, appraisal and mortgage banking, Anne is able to bring her unique knowledge and experience to all aspects of purchasing or selling a home. Anne approaches every transaction with the goal of matching her clients’ lifestyle, financial capabilities and preferences to the best suited neighborhood available.

In her spare time, Anne is training with the Arlington / Alexandria Master Gardener volunteer program, and enjoys travel, dog training, reading, and spending time with her husband Jed, and their German Pincher, Sampson.
